I mainly use photoshop for it, It's not very well suited for icon editting but it does the trick and i know my way with the program

well what i've seen from favicon.ico is that they are animated .ico is there an app there that can create animated icons btw?

i didn't know the latest photshop can do 256 32-32 icons and save it in .ico? I mainly use photoshop for it, It's not very well suited for icon editting but it does the trick and i know my way with the program
